Applicant Qualifications
Once the application and all supporting documentation has been received and completed, we will begin processing your application. The following items are need from each person residing in the property over the age of 18 years old:
- All sections of Application completed
- Copy of Photo ID/Driver’s License
- Copy of Social Security Card
- Proof of income (pay stubs, or banks statements and W9 if self employed)
- $35.00 application fee
